COMPETITION INTERCOOLER KIT for VW Polo AW GTI 2,0TSI (147KW/200PS) from 2018 The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has got a new competition core(Tube Fin) with the dimensions 600 mm x 167 [101] mm x 125 [90] mm [stepped] /23,6 Inch x 6,6 [4] Inch x 4,9 [3,5] Inch [stepped], which was developedespecially for the requirements of the VW Polo GTI. This high-performance coreoffers an 24 % larger frontal surface and 73 % more core volume compared to thestock intercooler.  The aluminum cast endtanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFDsimulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is a excellent coolingproperty with a minimal back pressure. The newly developed competitionhigh-performance core is very light and provides the adjoining components (forexample the watercooler) enough air flow. That`s why this kit is perfect forracing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air with a significantincrease in performance! An anti-corrosion powder coating with perfect heat-conducting propertiesprotects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, so alasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. This part replaces the stock white plastic filler, blue lid and plastic tube that leads to the main washer bottle in the inner wing, as they look a little out of place in the engine bay.
