Replaces very restrictive original twin intercooler setup with lengthy pipework, with an AIRTEC design high flow 60mm core intercooler and a shorter alloy boost pipe kit. We keep fast turbo spool up by using 50mm pipework from turbo to intercooler and 60mm out of the intercooler to help match the throttle body, this combination gives fast turbo spool up coupled with maximum power output.
Dyno test results – results taken from Fiat 500 Abarth, fitted with cat back exhaust and AIRTEC FMIC
- Run 1. 120 degree into the intercooler and 22 degree out of the intercooler
- Run 2. 122 degree into the intercooler and 22 degree out of the intercooler

The AIRTEC intercooler dropped the intake tempertures by 100 degree on each run and did not suffer from heat soak
