Racingline Performance Silicone Boost Hose Set EA888 Gen4The RacingLine Gen.4 Boost Hose package is a three-piece kit to replace the factory soft flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our beautiful reinforced silicone replacement versions. The kit is a direct OEM replacement: simply remove the factory hoses, and replace them with the three uprated silicone pipes. Simple.Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus other non-stepped designs.Of course the RacingLine hoses are pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, allowing the system to maintain performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions.
By minimising these restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised hose routing ensures that the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively - moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence.Within the kit, the two Intercooler Boost Hoses have unique steel wire helix buried within the silicone construction to eliminate the very real risk of hose collapse, yet still allowing sufficient flexibility without wall distortion and minimising airflow blockage.A great upgrade for any remapped 2.0 TSI EA888 gen.4 car running higher boost than standard.

The RacingLine Boost Pipe kit for 2.0 TSI gen.4 MQB "evo' delivers smooth, uninterrupted airflow to increase power and torque, replacing the restrictive, failure-prone factory boost pipes on all EA888 gen.4 higher output Continental turbo cars. The 3-piece Boost Pipe kit replaces the factory pipework between the turbocharger, the intercooler, and the throttle body with one-piece, mandrel-bent 6000 series aluminium tubes with thin wall 60mm OD for maximum smooth air flow. It’s by minimising the restrictions of the factory pipes and optimising the routing that this increased airflow is achieved. As well as giving enhanced turbocharger sound and faster spool, fitment of these Boost Pipes ensures that the turbo meets less resistance thus allowing it to perform more effectively - moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence. The RacingLine Boost Pipe Kit comprises three separate pieces. Two mandrel-bent hard-pipes for the turbo-intercooler and intercooler-throttle body chargepath, plus a reinforced turbo outlet Silicone Hose for the turbo outlet. The Boost Pipes themselves are formed from single piece, mandrel-bent 6000 series aluminium tube with thin wall 60mm OD. The silicone hose is hand-wound multi-ply over internal wire reinforcement, ensuring resistance to both heat and deformation. Meanwhile, barbed ends on the pipes ensure no risk of blow off, even under extreme boost pressure conditions. As you’d expect from RacingLine, each pipe is hand polished then anodised black with laser etched logos as the finishing touch - to look great in your engine bay, and stay looking great. As with all RacingLine products, perfect fitment is a priority. So, all the mounting brackets are carefully TIG welded to ensure dimensional perfection. And within each kit, RacingLine include a stainless steel Mikalor-brand clamp, OEM rubber mounting bobbins and new bolts to make sure you achieve the perfect installation. Install is direct OEM-replacement and requires no additional drilling or cutting to fit - meaning install is fully reversible. GRAPHS
To ensure this product would meet our exacting standards and performance, we carried out controlled testing on a Stage 4 Skoda Octavia VRS 2.0TSI running Shell vPower pump fuel on an in-house Dynapak hub dyno. With impressive results in comparison to the standard set up, peak results showed up to +41 WHP and +42 NM over stock with an average of +19whp and +25NM throughout the rev range.

All ‘SG2FC’ 2-piece floating conversions will seamlessly replace the OEM 1-piece rotor and are designed to integrate with the OE caliper and pads with no vehicle modifications necessary. Fully floating rotors using stainless-steel drive bobbins, minimising rotor stress under even the most severe braking.
Every outer ring is cast from the highest-grade disc alloy ‘G3500’. Derived from race technology and having a high carbon and high copper metallurgy, G3500 disc alloy has superior thermal conductivity and heat cycling durability for maximum brake rotor life and performance, particularly during harder driving or track driving.
Fully floating 2-piece rotor that allows outer ring to expand freely in response to heat. This reduces stress which in turn extends rotor life and reduces the tendency for rotor cracking during extreme use.
Drive bobbins machined from a single piece of stainless steel giving maximum strength and corrosion resistance. Stainless bobbins reduce the requirement for regular disc maintenance and ensures the outer ring continues to float freely even when used on the public road with corrosive salts and other road grime.
Each bobbin assembly features an anti-rattle spring clip ensuring silent operation when driving on the public highway

With a load rating of 560kg per wheel, these Cup Edition EVO wheels have the strength to cope with repeated, harsher track use. It's essential for the rim to have this sort of strength engineered-in from the start. Just imagine the 'spike loads' running through a wheel hitting circuit kerbing (such as sausage kerbs) through a corner at speed.
Obsessive weight saving.
We've put a lot of development time into weight reduction, but without compromising strength. Incorporating cut-outs in the mounting face, material removal in the front and back of each spoke, even a groove running around the outer rim to save a few more grams.
Knurled tyre bead seat.
Another nice new feature incorporated into the design are knurled strips on the outer barrel of the wheel where the tyre bead seats.
A true motorsport feature that prevents unwanted tyre slip or rotation on the rim in extreme use.
The result? 9.7kg / 21.3lbs per wheel, yet still retaining a load rating of 560kg.

With the release of the VW Golf MK8 R, the development team at Forge Motorsport knew that there would be a great opportunity to help the EA888 engine breathe easier and make more power. We were lucky to get one of the first MK8R’s to enter the UK and used this opportunity to put months of development and testing into this new induction kit. Our MK8 Golf R has been put through countless hours of track day work and hill climbs, alongside the usual daily and spirited driving. This kit has been designed from the ground up, using 3D Scanning, FEA Simulation data in SolidWorks CAD, 3D printed development, and numerous dyno sessions to truly unlock the power.
Simulation testing played a large part in the design process to help maximise the airflow. This included a tear drop cavity around the bonnet release mechanism to ensure that the airflow stays fast and laminar on its way to the filter element. The 3D printed prototypes helped with comparing our simulation testing to real world driving conditions. This is a valuable comparison that is used in the top tiers of motorsport, now being brought to your vehicle.
During the final prototypes testing we found that the Forge induction kit with stock turbo inlet produced gains on average of 5.5BHP. However, when paired with our Turbo Inlet Adaptor FMTIA5/9 this is where the stock EA888 engine saw impressive gains, increasing power up to 16BHP at 6500RPM with a significant average power increase from 4500RPM to the 6700RPM Rev limit of 10BHP, while the drivability and the punch from extra torque increases can be felt on the road as between 4000RPM to the rev limit an average gain of 20NM is achieved. It’s worth remembering that this is with a stock ECU and no tune, so we would expect to see mapped cars returning even greater yields of power.
This induction kit runs the full width of the slam panel, incorporating an elegant lip which neatly slides under the slam panel to ensure that all the cold air from the front of the vehicle flows through into the inlet tract with no detriment from the engines heat. During testing we found this to make a significant increase to airflow and a reduction to inlet air temperatures (IAT’s).
Temperature and volume of air supplied to your vehicles engine that is compressed by the turbo charger has a better effect on performance when cool as this is to provide the engine with more oxygen (denser air), thus improving the combustion in each cylinder. In addition, by regulating and reducing the air temperature, it also increases the reliability of the engine by keeping the AFRs (Air Fuel Ratios) in each cylinder at a safe level; which in turn, can increase an engines power due to the air being cooler. A bigger bang is then created within the cylinder (providing the correct amount of fuel is added) - this equates to an increase in BHP and torque.
It’s worth noting that this induction kit offers a massive amount of air to the EA888 engine, which is a must for anyone looking to push the performance of their car when tuning to stage 1, stage 2, and beyond. Not only do you get the bhp performance benefits, but INDK40 also offers a greater sound from the engine; particularly when on boost, and our product testers have reported a more responsive throttle too.
Careful consideration into the other platforms that share the same engine configurations had also been at the forefront of our development engineers’ minds. This needed various vehicles to be sourced to ensure a perfect fit for many of the VAG groups performance vehicles. You have only got to look at our compatibility list to realise how much research and development have gone into this extraordinary performance induction kit.

This Audi TTS (Mk3) performance exhaust is made in 3"/76.2mm pipework and fit from the catalytic converter section backwards (Cat-back), these parts replace the centre and rear sections.
The resonated exhaust includes the centre silencer and has a subtle but sporty tone. This exhaust however, is also available as a non-resonated version (excluding the centre silencer) which is a louder option as it excludes the centre silencer and therefore, has a sportier exhaust note.
All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied.

The new Cobra Sport systems for the Mk3 TTS offer the best of both worlds producing a deeper exhaust tone than standard which becomes highly aggressive when under full load whilst maintaining a sophisticated improvement in tonality for everyday use.
The Cobra Sport development team have produced both valved and non valved systems for the Mk3 Audi TTS. The valued systems are designed with the valve housing welded directly into the exhaust system allowing the use of the OE motors through the direct electrical connection. All systems are available with the active exhaust valves removed creating a more intense, constant sound and power upgrade.
The Cobra Sport team were able to reduce the weight of the exhaust by an impressive 39% over the OEM system with the resonated 3" non resonated cat back system weighing in at only 10.95kg compared to the original 17.95kg. The de-cat front pipe benefits from a 20% weight saving over standard weighing just 7.57kg.
Cobra Sport's Sales Manager, Matt Thomas, explains "The sound we have managed to achieve from the Mk3 TTS is in line with the marque's core values creating an unobtrusive and classy drive. The pitch perfect sound changes when under load increasing in volume and becoming more engaging with sound testing of the resonated cat back exhaust revealing a + 4dB increase on the 4,000 rpm test and + 9dB increase over the standard exhaust at idle. The Cobra Sport team were able to reduce the weight of the exhaust by an impressive 39% over the OEM system with the resonated 3" non resonated cat back system weighing in at only 10.95kg compared to the original 17.95kg. The de-cat front pipe benefits from a 20% weight saving over standard weighing just 7.57kg.

The pitch perfect sound changes when under load increasing in volume and becoming more engaging with sound testing of the resonated cat back exhaust revealing a + 4dB increase on the 4,000 rpm test and + 9dB increase over the standard exhaust at idle. Those who require a more dynamic and aggressive exhaust tone can opt for the non-resonated turbo back system, which, with a de-cat, provides an all-round more involved and sportier upgrade whilst also opening up the opportunities for power gains for our tuning partners."

This Audi TTS (Mk3) Quattro performance exhaust is made in 3"/76.2mm bore pipework and fits from the turbo to the standard centre section.
The de-cat exhaust version is sold for motorsport and off road use only worldwide.
The sports catalyst version replaces a factory emissions device and is not EC homologated. This may not meet current emission laws for road use in your territory.
Please note the 'To Standard' fitment is designed to fit to O/E Cat Back exhaust only.
All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied. (Except turbo clamp).
