The 034Motorsport Direct Injection Head Port Cleaning Tool makes short and easy work of removing these deposits from your intake ports and valves. The tool has a small port for a media blasting wand and a large port that connects to a shop vacuum hose. The vacuum generated by the shop vac holds the tool in place up against the intake port, freeing your hands to focus on the media blasting. To use, simply rotate the crankshaft to close the intake valves in a given intake port before positioning the Direct Injection Head Port Cleaning Tool on the intake port. The front part of the original undertray on these cars is notoriously weak due to its fibre material construction and as a result is prone to failure over time. Our solution is a direct replacement, three-piece undertray made in aluminium that reuses all of the original mounting points to ensure a perfect and secure fitment. Unlike others on the market, the design of the oil cooler extraction ducting has also been carefully considered to imitate the original in order to maintain sufficient cooling. As a result, the sides of the ducts are enclosed against the oil cooler and the radius of the ducting increased in size. There are also brake duct cut outs to allow the use of a GT4-style splitter with brake cooling ducts. Finished in a high-quality black powder coat finish, the undertray offers improved strength, durability and cooling effectiveness. Developed at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’re proud to launch our billet PCV baffle plate aimed at 2.0 Duratec engine owners who wish to fit an external oil catch can or improve their engine’s PCV set up with a simple, bolt on modification for track or fast road use. This billet baffle plate replaces the car’s original Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) plate and valve set up. Machined from billet aluminium, the plate allows the simple fitment of an external oil catch can via one, or both, of the M22x1.5 take-offs that have been machined into the plate. The kit also includes a one-way valve and adapter boss and the plate is finished in anodised black with an engraved AIRTEC Motorsport logo. Internally, the plate features extra baffles machined into the design in order to increase the surface area the engine crankcase vapour passes over, which decreases the amount of oil that is able to enter the intake. AIRTEC Motorsport header tank for Meglio (Megane powered Clio) This complete kit offers an easy, simple header tank upgrade solution for a Renault Megane turbo converted Clio. Fits Clio 197 without factory air-con fitted (or air-con delete kit fitted). Designed and tested in-house at AIRTEC HQ, tested at many UK track days & at the Nürburgring. A must have for a Megane engine swapped Clio 197. The kit features Pro Hoses silicone connectors, an uprated cap and custom made header tank that is stronger than the original item and offers better heat mangement in a direct replacement solution. Designed to locate on the left hand side of the engine bay and will fit with either our own uprated AIRTEC alloy radiator, or a stock Megane radiator. Supplied complete with all fixtures and fittings for an easy and professional installation. Finished in a choice of Pro-Series Black or Natural Silver.
