This oil catch tank kit is for the Toyota Supra A90 and BMW Z4 with the BMW B58 Engine, developed by our in-house development team. Not only is it beautifully designed, it has been created to capture the maximum amount of harmful contaminants, including oil deposits, unused fuel vapours and moisture, all of which would ordinarily make their way back through to the inlet of the engine.

When the B58 engine is tuned heavily blow by can occur resulting in poor breathing our specifically designed catch can system and extensive testing has proven our oil catch tank kit's ability to effectively reduce sludge and carbon build up, in turn allowing the engine to both breathe and perform more efficiently. It can therefore be viewed as a genuine performance enhancing product and one we recommend, particularly if you are planning more advanced power tuning at a later date.
With aesthetics also in mind our catch can has the bracket incorporated into the catch can lid and is placed behind the factory airbox heat shield meaning this important component can still be kept in situ.
The 0.4l (400cc) catch tank boasts a slew of features intended to make it both easy to check and simple to drain, including a dipstick for level inspection.
The design of the breather adaptor and catch can was formed using the latest 3D solidworks software and engineered for a complete plug and play solution with no cutting or modifying of original components meaning the vehicle can return to stock in just under a hour.
The design of the kit has also been carefully considered, hence its inner tube which is constructed from anti-static smooth fuel resistant nitrile rubber. This is paired with an outer cover made from reinforced stainless steel wire braid (a Forge specialty), specifically a partial inner braid and a full cover outer braid. We developed this complex arrangement in order for the tank to be resistant to both pressure expansion and vacuum collapse, and also to enable the kit to function within a clearly defined temperature range – 54°C to +150°C (-65°F to 300°F)
Finally, this kit includes machined billet fittings that are anodised black to form an OEM-looking product when installed.

A direct replacement for the original plastic tank, the AIRTEC Motorsport header tank is made from lightweight alloy and comes in a natural silver or high quality powder coated black finish. It also features a sight glass to view the coolant level and comes with an uprated high pressure cap.
The tank uses original fixing points, hoses and connectors so no drilling or cutting is required and fitting is a simple process.
With an improved look to the engine bay and increased strength so the tank will not leak over time, this is a simple yet effective upgrade.

Engineered specifically for N55 BMW M135i, M235i and M2 owners looking for optimum performance, the MMR Performance Oil Catch Can Kit removes any unwanted oil from the Positive Crankcase Ventilation system before it can be recirculated back into the intake and cause potential damages to the way your BMW model performs. The separation process put into place by the Oil Catch Can Kit results in a cleaner, more reliable and better performing engine, which is particularly beneficial on the higher mileage BMW engines that suffer with sludge and carbon build up.

Checking the oil level within the catch can kit is easy thanks to the integrated dipstick. If oil needs to be drained, this can be done from the cap-head bolt mounted in the base of the catch can, or if you prefer, the lower section can be easily unscrewed and removed with the rest of the breather setup still in place.

This Catch Can is not only a fantastic oil management tool but its also an aerospace T6 Billet aluminium construction that adds a touch of VUDU magic to your otherwise dull looking engine bay. The VUDU Fiesta catch can shares little similarity with its cheap counter parts available online with this Catch Can Kit comprising the baffled internals to ensure ultimate oil control among other features.
Check the oil collection in your catch can quickly and easily with our built in oil dip stick before removing to empty. This avoids a hazed spy glass and unnecessary removal and refit.
What does it do?
Fords range of ECOBOOST engines are among a long line of Direct injection engines (the injector is under high pressure and fires fuel directly into the cylinder) that inherently suffer from valve choking due to the oil build up around the cylinder head and valves. Couple this with the increased oil mist passing through the intake and cooling system of your Ford Fiesta ST180 leaves unnecessary build up within the pipe work, intercooler, turbo and inlet manifold.
