The result is a full replacement atmospheric blow-off valve that integrates seamlessly with the OEM electronics and results in absolutely no fault codes, no check engine lights, and no detriment to the performance of the vehicle in any way. Like our full replacement recirculating valve option, the FMFSITVR, the FMFSITAT is fully engineered to remedy the failure issues experienced with the OEM solenoid valves when their diaphragm may rupture which would effectively result in a boost leak. Our valve uses full billet alloy construction with a piston based internal design that provides for significantly improved reliability over the OEM valves along with lightning fast response. This valve is particularly well suited to the B7 and B8 chassis Audi A4 and A5 with the 2.0T engine. The valve mounting location on these vehicles is positioned particularly close to the frame rail of the chassis, and the overall installed height of our standard replacement valve and spacer combination is such that it conflicts with the chassis at this location. The FMFSITAT valve has a much shorter overall installed height, which enables fitment of this atmospheric valve option onto the B7 and B8 chassis whereas this was previously not an option. Another particularly unique feature of this product is the included intake manifold tap used to source a vacuum reference for the operation of the valve. This piece also has two other available provisions from which an intake manifold reference can be taken. These extra manifold references can be used for a boost gauge signal, and even a water/meth injection trigger where applicable. If this to be installed to the 1.4 Turbo engine, it will be necessary to additionally purchase our boost sensor adaptor FMBGFK3 - please see below in Related Products.     This turbo recirculation valve is the result of of 25 years of experience and engineering expertise. With the reputation for innovating and manufacturing the best automotive valves in the world, you can be certain that there is currently no better replacement valve available. The FMDV008PA version seen here has the benefit of a 90 degree vacuum port, that can be rotated to three different orientations. This is often the preference where either space is restricted, or the original fitment valve has a 90 degree connection, either on the valve or connecting hose. Forge's recirculation valve features a greater flow rate than the OEM Bosch Valve, as well as a faster response time, due to our revised design. By using the associated service kit (FMDVSK), as seen below, the life of the valve can be extended, and the performance can be maintained. With a lifetime guarantee, you can be sure the valve is reliable for your car.  It is fully customisable to fit your application with two uprated springs provided in the kit.     The Splitter is a truly remarkable valve that gives a combination of blow off and recirculation valve operation, all at the same time, and has been specifically designed for the many turbo engined applications that operate metered airflow management systems. This means you get all the noise of the blow off valve whilst retaining the compatibility with the recirculation requirements of the engine management system. As a bonus we also offer the ability to convert the valve to recirculation only mode for those times when stealth running is required. This valve uses a Brass piston which utilises new sealing technology along with a variable spring preload, incorporating a ratchet type top adjuster that will allow for the positive and precise adjustment to match the valve to your engine. This is achieved by using a unique single, conical, progressive rate spring, that can allow for the retention of boost pressure over a wide adjustment range. This unique spring design also allows for unrestricted piston travel and flow volume regardless of the amount of pre-load adjustment added to the spring. Other manufacturers' valves use cylindrical springs with adjustable pre-load, which often experience restricted piston travel and a reduction in flow volume. Note: This valve requires installing the opposite way to the original Bosch Valve.     Now you can fine tune your Blow Off/Diverter Valve to the exact needs of your engine with this complete tuning kit. If you are finding that the valve is dumping more than required, or if you are losing boost pressure it is normally an indication that a stronger spring is required. Alternatively, if the valve is failing to dump it may be necessary to install a weaker spring. Please note that fitting a stronger spring into a valve will not increase boost pressure, unless existing pressure is being lost. Failure to allow the valve to operate by installing a spring which is too strong, may cause damage to the turbocharger.     The Forge RS valve has been specifically designed and engineered to offer extreme flow rate capability, where other valves are just not up to it. Often when engines have been tuned by installing larger turbos or even software upgrades improved turbo response can be acheived by fitting the RS valve which has the greater internal mass air flow specification utilising an amazing 50mm (2") bore. For fine tuning there is a variable spring preload incorporated and a ratchet type top adjuster that will allow for the positive and precise adjustment that your driving style demands. To ease installation a 360 degree adjustable vacuum hose connector. With a choice of inlet and outlet connections the RS valve can be matched to your engine perfectly. This valve incorporates a unique conical, progressive rate spring that can allow for the retention of boost pressure from 7 to 22 PSI depending on the individual user's application and level of adjustment. If you are intending on running over 22psi then you will need the uprated spring which is included with the kit. This unique spring design will also allow for unrestricted piston travel and flow volume regardless of the amount of pre-load adjustment added to the spring. Other manufacturers valves using cylindrical springs with adjustable pre-load often experience restricted piston travel and flow volume within the normal range of valve adjustment.
