The CNC Mandrel bent system is part of our extensive development program. We use dyno testing combined with sophisticated gas flow analysis to ensure maximum airflow & tuning potential – whilst still maintaining driveability and a refined sound.  We have four performance exhaust options available for the 7R. Resonated valved, resonated non-valved, non-resonated valved and non-resonated non-valved. We have also upgraded the tailpipe options for the VW system. You can now select from 100mm Ascari Carbon Fibre, Polished Stainless Daytona, or Black Ceramic Daytona Tailpipes.  For road use we recommend the resonated valved system for the best sound. When fitting a downpipe we would always recommend using a resonated system. Please note fitting a non-valved system to the VW can cause the EML light to illuminate. As a show of confidence in the products we produce, we offer a full lifetime warranty (to the original purchaser).
