After being very popular for other ford models, AutoSpecialists are pleased to announce their Bonnet spacer kit for Fiesta Mk7 and 7.5 including ST180 The spacers raise the rear of the bonnet up by 23mm and can be fitted within 30 minutes with special inverted bolts. HOW DO THEY FIT? Lift the bonnet up and put a soft cloth under the bottom corner of the bonnet and then one side at a time remove the 2 x 10mm bolts attaching the bonnet hinge to the bonnet, discard the old bolts and install the billet spacer block and use new inverted bolts to secure. It's that easy! Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’ve created a comprehensive solution to improving the car’s oil cooling ability for modified Swift owners who struggle to maintain steady oil temperatures on track, or during fast road use. With huge experience in developing external oil cooler packages for a variety of modified track and road cars, and aware of the Swift’s oil cooling issues during heavy track use, the challenge with this kit was to integrate a large capacity, external oil cooler neatly behind the grille with the limited space available.  As a result, our kit features bespoke laser-cut mounting brackets to ensure the perfect fitment of our 13-row AIRTEC Motorsport oil cooler. The comprehensive package also includes high-quality braided hose lines with Aerotec fittings, a sandwich plate and all fixtures and fittings, including detailed installation instructions. A direct replacement for the original plastic tank, the AIRTEC Motorsport header tank is made from lightweight alloy and comes in a high quality powder coated black finish. The duct offers a simple solution to improving the differential’s cooling ability, which helps to ensure rising temperatures don’t cause any damage. How it worksWhen the oil inside the differential gets hot, its ability to lubricate and protect both the gears and LSD is reduced. This is more likely to occur during extended periods of hard use, such as on track, so it is beneficial to stabilise and reduce temperatures in order to limit premature wear. The AIRTEC Motorsport cooling duct works by directing fast-flowing air passing underneath the car towards the differential’s cooling fins, which rely purely on air flow to shed heat effectively. By providing more sustained air flow to these fins, the differential’s cooling capacity and ability to withstand heat soak is increased, which therefore allows it to better control operating temperatures in comparison to standard.
