Product Description The Forge Motorsport dump valve for the 2015-on 1.2 TSI engine codes CJZA, CJZC, CJZD, CYVB as found in the Skoda Fabia, Skoda Octavia, VW Golf, VW Polo, Audi A1, Audi A3, Seat Ibiza and Seat Leon. Please note this kit is only compatible with models that do not have a standard turbo mounted diverter valve. Earlier models that have a turbo mounted diverter valve as standard require the kit with part number FMDVA1TSI and FMDVATSI The 1.2 and 1.4 TSI doesn’t have a dump valve from the factory, so this product allows you to have the traditional dump valve noise between gear changes and when letting off the gas pedal. It won’t bring on any check engine lights and the car will drive just as before. This kit totally replaces the plastic pipe from turbo to manifold with a silicon hose (available in a choice of colours), and everything else you need to install the valve is included in the kit together with full instructions. Unlike other valves on the market the Forge valve will not bring on any check engine lights. ( EML )  The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Flurosilicone. The oil filter housing on modern VAG engines does not allow for the previously common takeoff plates to fit under the filter and divert oil into an oil cooler mounted elsewhere on the vehicle. Instead they now use a oil to water cooling ‘block’ bolted to the front of the engine, and in many cases an undersize filter, or a paper drop in element, which prevents easy fitting of an oil cooler. As many people have found, if the vehicle is tuned, or if it is towing a heavy load, oil temperatures can rocket, with oil temperatures over 120°C (250°F) being easily achieved, which is close to the point that engine oil starts to break down. The Forge Motorsport FMOC2 replaces the oil to water cooling block, and although it still allows coolant to circulate, it more importantly gives two M22 takeoffs which, when fitted with the appropriate adaptor, allow fitment of oil cooler lines between an -6 and an -10 in size which can then be attached to an external oil cooler. Oil temperatures are stabilised, and engines can be worked harder for longer. To confirm fitment, please check the list of compatible vehilces below. This plate replaces the VAG OEM Part No. 03L 117 021 C. It fits ALL of the 2.0TDi and 1.6 TDi engines in the vehicles listed below. These wheel spacers are hubcentric These CNC machined precision alloy wheel spacers are 13 mm thick with a dual 5 stud bolt pattern for both 100 and 112mm PCD fitments. The spacers are anodised black to inhibit corrosion and "bonding" to the wheel or hub. These spacers are suitable for most vehicles produced by Volkswagen Group. The carbon fibre prototype was made and fitted to the vehicle. The design is one of the most aesthetically pleasing and practical on the market To ensure we deliver the best quality product we could and following the extensive design and development of this intake, we enlisted the services of one the world’s leading Carbon fibre manufacturers, who’s products range from F1 aero, carbon fibre car bodies and aircraft wings! Tooling was then CNC machined from billet aluminium to ensure the finished product was flawless. This enables us to create a perfect airbox using the autoclave technique during the manufacturing process of the 2x2 twill carbon fibre. Rather than using a vacuum (also known as liquid infusion) to draw the resin through the mould then pulling the raw carbon fibre cloth to the mould shape, a technique known as Autoclave is used in the manufacturing of this beautifully designed product. This involves the use of up to 10 bar of pressure that is blown into a 100% billet mould to force it out. This high amount of pressure ensures the material is fully in contact with the surface of the mould.  Therefore, making sure the weave is tight, solid and strong, this process also ensures there are no imperfections in the product. The mould is then heated to cure the resin which in turn gives a tensile strength up to eight times stronger than mild steel but at a fraction of the weight. Having spent so much time on the carbon and silicone development we then turned to the equally important aspect of filtration.     Going with the Flow With the lid and scoop design completed we moved on to the hose and filter.  There is no point creating such an efficient system for it then to be restricted by the OEM hose and filter.  Therefore, for the filter we engaged our partners and experts in Filtration Control, Pipercross! With over 25 years’ experience in both the domestic and motorsport market they recommended a multi-layer foam construction filter, these filters work perfectly in our ‘Hi-Flow’ range. The large filter provided, flows 30% more air than stock and fits snuggly within the housing. This combination is second to none. The Forge Motorsport high flow intake hose that is mated to the carbon airbox eliminates the highly restrictive plastic and noise restricting inlet pipe, and replaces it with our smooth bore multi-ply silicone hose which increases air flow, improving efficiency and performance. This equates to increases of up to 10hp which is a remarkable gain for an easy to fit bolt on modification. This helps to aid the engines performance and air flow in several ways. Designed in a similar way to a conventional velocity stack, it routes the air more directly into your turbo charger and allows more air than the stock inlet tract to be compressed due to its larger capacity. This can have a positive effect on accelerating your vehicle after long deceleration or between gear changes as more air is being kept within the intake system. The Forge developed inlet tract has more than a 50% increase in volume with the area at the mouth of the turbo increased to 46%. This product only works in conjunction with FMINDK35. After the success of the FMDV22 Forge Motorsport has now developed a recirculating Valve option for the VAG 1.5 TSI engine. It uses our tried and tested FMDV008 recirculation valve, this valve has been with us for some time and has proved time and again to be tough, durable and ultra-reliable. By adding this valve, it prevents turbo surge and prolongs the life of your engine’s turbocharger. As the engine does not have a diverter valve fitted as standard, Forge have reused our tried and tested FMDV008 valve that increases the throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag. It has been designed to help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speed ready for when you accelerate, whilst also taking the strain away from the impeller. Without removing this stress from your turbo, it could cause premature failure, especially on engines and modified vehicles. Like with all our valves you are able to customise it to fit your application with two uprated springs provided in the kit. Due to its clever design, changing the spring is a very simple process, simply undo the fasteners attaching the valve top and remove the spring. Its that easy! Due to the exposed position of the OEM boost pipe and the nature of an engines heat cycle, the plastic the OEM pipe is made from can deteriorate over time becoming brittle and susceptible to boost leaks. This kit totally replaces this plastic pipe from turbo to manifold with a silicone hose (available in a choice of colours), and everything else you need to install the valve is included in the kit together with full instructions. •    Anodised CNC machined billet couplers and components along with a tuneable CNC machined twin piston Forge Motorsport valve•    Custom colours are available but will incur a 50% none refundable deposit and a lead time of 8-10 weeks•    Unlike other valves on the market the Forge valve will not bring on any check engine lights (EML) •    The Forge silicone hose in this kit has been designed to include a quality inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone. This kit features a Forge Ram Air high flow, pleated, synthetic nanofiber filtration filter, that has been manufactured for optimum size and fit to the available space giving superior flow and filtration with enhanced breathing for the 1.5 turbo charged engine. It also features a larger surface area than the stock filter and many competitors’ alternatives. The intake diameters on these air intakes have been carefully tuned to provide exactly the correct quantity of air ensuring solid consistent power gains throughout the rev range without any loss of low-end torque. The pipework is specifically designed to feed the turbo without interruption. The benefit of this is a gain of induction acoustics under acceleration, which improves the driving experience and adds a bit more drama to the TSI EVO engine. Left hand drive intake Right hand drive intake As with all our intakes we design, high air flow is considered absolutely paramount, thus, we endeavoured to incorporate a large bore silicone high flow pipe with turbo inlet adaptor included. This helps to aid the engines performance and air flow in several ways. Designed in a similar way to a conventional velocity stack, it routes the air more directly into your turbo charger and allows more air than the stock inlet tract to be compressed due to its larger capacity. This can have a positive effect on accelerating your vehicle after long deceleration or between gear changes as more air is being kept within the intake system. The Forge developed inlet tract has more than a 50% increase in volume with the area at the mouth of the turbo increased to 46%. This, combined with no internal baffles or noise restrictors gives a helping hand to the vehicles acoustic notes and throttle response. With the use of Solidworks®, our CAD engineers have designed the heat shroud to fit round all the contours of the engine bay. This shroud combined with our specially formulated thermal coatings protects the intake from radiant heat while also guiding the cold air from the OE cold air ducting to the filter and housing. All of the billet components supplied have been made from 6082 Alloy and then anodised to ensure the alloy has no fatigue and stays without corrosion for years to come. This kit completed with stainless steel high quality hose clamps has the usual unrivaled performance you would expect from Forge Motorsport.
