Replaces very restrictive original twin intercooler setup with lengthy pipework, with an AIRTEC design high flow 60mm core intercooler and a shorter alloy boost pipe kit. We keep fast turbo spool up by using 50mm pipework from turbo to intercooler and 60mm out of the intercooler to help match the throttle body, this combination gives fast turbo spool up coupled with maximum power output. Fitting is  easy, remove old water cooled oil cooler and fit new AIRTEC oil cooler plate with existing bolts and install pipe joiner to the 2 x 16mm i.d. water pipes. AIRTEC Motorsport downpipe de-cat for Focus MK3 RS The Original Catalyst and down pipe , unlike the older ST225 and Focus RS mk2, are made in one piece. This new design features some restrictive bends and an exit bore size of only 55mm. With a new bore size of 70mm the new AS performance Replacement Down Pipe has over 50% more capacity. This part is sold for motorsport and off road use only and will NOT be able to pass a UK MOT emissions test or police road side checks. This part however, is also available as a high flow sports catalyst version, which will pass these checks.
