Forge designed these silicone hoses to withstand pressures that can be experienced on tuned and remapped engines. They will long outlast the original hoses and with our limited lifetime warranty on all Forge products, you can be sure these hoses won't let you down.

When you fit a Forge turbo actuator you will be able to fine tune and manage your specific boost requirements, this will allow for improved response and better control. This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for, or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stronger spring upon request for tuned vehicles, and where a higher boost level is required. Please contact us directly concerning this process. It is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine-management-system of the given vehicle at the time of installation, whether that system is factory or aftermarket
Diaphragm sealed internals are the default selection for this actuator product but customers now have the option of piston sealed internals. Unique to Forge Motorsport, this innovation offers equal performance to the diaphragm type and low maintenance due to the hard wearing nature of piston sealed valve internals.

As part of our expanding Mini product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our header tank upgrade to suit R53 Cooper S models.
A direct replacement for the original plastic tank, the AIRTEC Motorsport header tank is made from lightweight alloy and comes in a natural silver or high quality powder coated black finish. It also features a sight glass to view the coolant level and comes with an uprated high pressure cap.
The tank uses original fixing points, hoses and connectors so no drilling or cutting is required and fitting is a simple process.
With an improved look to the engine bay and increased strength so the tank will not leak over time, this is a simple yet effective upgrade.

If you own a Ford Fiesta ST180 chances are the coolant cap has already failed and become stuck in the coolant bottle which is not only frustrating but can be detrimental when looking to fill the coolant bottle and realising you can no longer reseal it.
The VUDU Performance Fiesta ST coolant filler cap is like no other completely replacing the Ford OEM coolant cap including the spring loaded assembly internally which is the inherently weak link in the chain. Further more the VUDU coolant cap is machined entirely from a T6061 Aerospace grade billet coupled with coolant and temperature resistant O-Rings to ensure ultimate reliability whilst aesthetically improving the look of your engine bay.

Focus ST225 Group A Cold Air Feed which is designed to work with all Group A Open filters. Supplies a cold air feed directly into the Group A Filter Improving and maximising the airflow and performance.
The cold air feed comes with Cold feed guide which sits just below the filter securing the trunking.
Each kit comes with a 780mm piece of ducting, 1 base plate with attached ram pipe and all required bolts and fixings.
