Welcome to the ultimate Boost Hose Kit for 2.0 & 1.8TSI MQB vehicles. The RacingLine Boost Hose package replaces the original rubber charge pipes with beautiful smooth-flowing silicone replacements, uniquely reinforced with internal wiring for guaranteed stiffness under the demands of high heat and boost levels. By minimising restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised routing ensures the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively - moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence Direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit Pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus non-stepped designs Five piece kit: The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit is probably the only one on the market which comes with five hoses included - however you'll only need to fit four of them. Designed for the MQB 1.8/2.0 TSI EA888 Gen3 Engine, this upgrade is available for multiple models including VW Golf, Audi TT, A3, S3, SEAT Leon, Skoda Superb and Octavia. Featuring larger internal diameters, fewer restrictions for smoother airflow, and optimised routing, the turbo meets less resistance and can perform more effectively. A multitude of design features and attention to detail that Only Revo offer means this a product that not only looks great but more importantly performs. Reinforced, oil-resistant silicone hoses, lightweight mandrel-bent aluminium pipework and flush fit joints to eliminate turbulence, the Revo Intercooler Pipe upgrade is designed to fit either the stock or Revo Intercooler. The charge pipe is designed to directly replace the OEM part utilising optimised pipe routing and a unique constant-diameter design. This eliminates restrictions, including dents found on the stock charge pipe while allowing enough clearance from engine parts, increasing performance without compromising fitment. THROTTLE PIPE DESIGN The Revo throttle pipe increases airflow by replacing the stock part with an increased diameter, mandrel-bent aluminium hard pipe and reinforced oil resistant silicone hose. The hose connection is ID-matched to promote laminar, uniform flow across the transition of parts, as well as being slightly longer for ease of installation. ROBUST DESIGN Only Revo scrutinises every detail of the existing system to ensure a quality replacement product for your vehicle.
