Modern direct injection engines are efficient and powerful, but are prone to carbon deposits that build up inside the intake port and on the back-side of intake valves. These deposits rob the engine of power and efficiency. Traditional methods of manually removing these deposits can be difficult, time consuming, and expensive.
The 034Motorsport Direct Injection Head Port Cleaning Tool makes short and easy work of removing these deposits from your intake ports and valves. The tool has a small port for a media blasting wand and a large port that connects to a shop vacuum hose. The vacuum generated by the shop vac holds the tool in place up against the intake port, freeing your hands to focus on the media blasting.
To use, simply rotate the crankshaft to close the intake valves in a given intake port before positioning the Direct Injection Head Port Cleaning Tool on the intake port. Turn on the vacuum and media blast away. All of the blasting media is sucked into the shop vac, making the entire process quick and easy, with little to no clean-up necessary afterwards.

The RacingLine Drain Kit for our Oil Management System is a really simple addition that makes emptying the Oil Catch Can a quick, clean and simple operation.Simply screw the banjo connection into the base of the catch can and open the ball-valve using the lever to empty.
Included is a 500mm silicone tube that attaches to the outlet of the valve to allow accurate draining into your waste oil container.
This item removes the need to unbolt the catch can from the engine mount bolt each time, making your maintenance plan much easier.

WHY FIT?
To fit our Oil Management Kit on Golf 7R and Audi S3 models, you will also need this Remote Washer Refill Kit.
Golf 7R and some early Audi S3 models have a different windscreen washer bottle fitment to the other MQB cars, with the reservoir located on the right of the vehicle compared to the majority of MQB models which have the washer bottle on the left.
For these cars with right-hand reservoirs, this is located where the Catch Can will be mounted. The kit replaces the top half of the factory washer bottle to still allow you to refill your washer fluid easily and neatly.
Included is a beautifully high-gloss filler cap which locates conveniently on the front panel using the bracket provided
Many owners prefer the appearance of our Remote Washer Refill and of course this can be fitted without having the RacingLine Oil Management kit installed.

It's not just your engine oil that you need to protect. Your DSG gearbox is very susceptible to overheating, leading to protection mode that reduces engine power and eventually prevents gear selection.
Why fit theDSG oil cooler kit?
Our unique DSG Oil Cooler Kit is an essential fit for any hard-driven MQB 2.0 TSI car running high power levels or in hot climates. It's a complete ready to install package, using a clever sandwich plate design for straightforward and completely reliable installation.
Transferring more power and torque through the DSG gearbox generates ever more heat to dissipate. Significantly increased oil temperatures means only one thing: a decrease in the ability for your DSG box to stay properly cooled, eventually causing power drop and gear selection issues.
Under hard driving, the factory DSG oil/water cooler is easily overwhelmed. Problems start to occur when oil cannot dissipate its collected heat fast enough and the oil begins to thin and degrade - losing its lubrication properties.
When this happens, the DSG will protect itself and begin to lower the engine torque, increase shift times and eventually loose gear selection.
ooThe RacingLine kit solves this problem: by adding in an additional air/oil cooler positioned right in the airflow at the front of the car, oil temperatures are reduced by around 15 - 20 degrees centigrade (of course dependant on how the car is being used, ambient temps and state of tune).
The kit uses a clever design which retains the factory oil/water cooling and adds to it with the thermostatically-controlled front-mounted cooler - doubling up your cooling capability when it's needed with less heat transfer into the water system.
Only when the oil exceeds normal temperatures, the thermostat opens. Oil temperature then drops significantly as it is pumped through the densely packed fins of the 10-row cooler’s large surface area mounted right in the cool airflow.
HIGH EFFICIENCY COOLER
Our 10-row stacked plate design efficiently forces the hot oil through a series of aluminium pressed plates. Heat dissipates as cold air moves across the plates.
210 SERIES BRAIDED HOSE
Our oil lines feature an attractive outer nylon braid strengthened by a stainless steel inner weave for maximum resilience. Protective external sheath avoids any rubbing damage in use.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Our unique adaptor block oil take-off includes a clever internal thermostatic-control valve to direct oil flow through the cooler only when temperature hits 82°c/180°F.
COLD AIR LOCATION
The front-mount location brackets of the RacingLine cooler kit places it in the optimum airflow and ensures that oil temperature drops and excess heat is funnelled out efficiently.

DSG COOLER
FITMENT.
As you’d expect, the RacingLine DSG Oil Cooler is a beautifully detailed complete kit, developed exclusively for MQB cars with either DQ250 6-speed or DQ381 7speed DSG gearbox.
The system is designed for straightforward fitting and ultimate reliability. Everything needed for perfect fitment is included.
Unlike other DSG oil cooler kits, the RacingLine package keeps the oil/water cooler and adds to it with the oil/air cooler
10 row stacked-plate oil cooler radiator, flowed to obtain maximum heat dissipation without undue pressure drop
Optimum front mounted location behind left side front lower grill aperture with all necessary brackets and fixing kit supplied
210 Series stainless steel, nylon braided feed and return lines run past the chassis leg into the bumper cavity, then connecting to the oil cooler core
DOUBLE COOLING.
Our DSG Cooler design is a unique design: it retains the factory oil/water gearbox cooling system, plus adds our oil/air cooling as well. Why?
The DSG oil will still quickly warm up from the hot water in the engine's coolant system, reaching full operating temperature as soon as possible.
But that's where the problem begins on a hard-driven car. The hot engine coolant will now have little to no cooling effect on the DSG oil, and gearbox temps start to rise rapidly.
That's the point at which our sophisticated thermostatic control valve inside the adaptor block will then divert hot oil out to the new 10-row cooler located in the cool fresh air flow.
After the cooled transmission oil returns from the cooler, it carries less heat to be absorbed into the engine coolant system - helping control all the temperatures under the bonnet.
Our replacement oil/water cooler (that's the silver part in the picture) is lower in height than the factory one. So the total height of both parts still fits perfectly under the battery location above it.

WHAT'S THE PROBLEM ON TRACK?
When oil temperature reaches 138°C/280°F, the DSG's control system initiates a reduction in engine torque, meaning a serious drop in performance.
Carry on driving, and if temperatures then rise above 145°C/293°F, your DSG clutches no longer get the fluid pressure they require and you loose drive altogether as the box goes into a safety mode.
If you're in a hot climate this can happen after only about 15 minutes at the track - meaning a long wait while your gearbox cools down again.

What doesit do?
Our Magnetic Oil Sump Drain Plug is now available for the 1.8 & 2.0 TSI EA888 gen3 and 2.0 TSI gen3B engines. These engines use a plastic oil pan, meaning that normal metal, screw-in sump plugs simply can't be used. Our new 'True-Lock' fitting system means that, at last, you can protect your engine.
