Stage 1 cars - A standard manifold on a Stage 1 Fiesta will perform perfectly, an upgraded manifold on a stage 1 car will see faster turbo spool but will not see a huge improvement over standard. Stage 2 cars - Higher power cars will see faster turbo spool and some power increase of around 3-5 bhp. This is very hard to prove on a dyno on a stage 2 car. Stage 3 cars - A turbular manifold is a must have for any stage 3 Fiesta! The standard manifold will be finding it hard to release the air with the manifold pressure not being able to cope with the power. A tubular manifold has a massive increase in air flow which could see big gains compared to standard.

Our leading technicians have developed a 70mm / 2.75" GPF back exhaust system for the Ford Fiesta ST MK8.5 and our precision engineered system is fabricated using CNC Mandrel bent large bore design which permits maximum performance by allowing a greater flow of exhaust gas combined with our premium T304 stainless steel construction. We’re offering this system as either valved - which uses the original motor and can be operated by the driver with the drive mode select button inside the car or as non-valved - which deletes the valve completely for a continuous sportier tone. By removing it and replacing it with one of our kits you can increase your exhaust flow to enhance the exhaust note and increase performance. Quite simply our kits are designed for the person who wants an increase in performance and sound without the cost involved with a full replacement exhaust system. With the incredible flexibility of restoring the car to its original state with no lasting changes, removing the need to void any warranties or agreements. What makes our systems different? Quite simply we want our systems to be THE BEST and UNIQUE, here is what sets us apart: – Our kit immediately opens out from the 65mm front pipe to 70mm, this immediate increase allows for higher flow, a deeper more sporty exhaust tone and enhances the pops and bags associated with the DSG gear change. – The Tube is 1 single piece high grade 304 Stainless steel piece tube. It is CNC mandrel bent for precision fit this also means the smoothest and highest capacity flow possible. The hanger is TIG welded again from the highest quality 304 stainless steel.– Our kit is designed to be reversible and includes everything you need not only to fit the kit but also to put it back to stock should you need to.
