    Developed from our direct involvement within the BTCC and Mini Challenge race series where we have provided race proven cooling packages, we have directly transferred our knowledge from this over to our road going products. FMOC11 has been developed with the same engineering expertise that is applied to our Mini Challenge Oil coolers, these see extensive driving over the race season calendar, so we are proud to give the I30N the same motorsport treatment. Lowering your oil temps on and off the track whilst providing a product that does not skimp on quality, so much so that it is backed by our Forge Lifetime Guarantee* With our extensive range of performance parts out on the market allowing the limits of the i30N/Veloster N to be pushed in the chase for top power gains, the addition of power and speed creates heat. Rising oil temperatures will result in only one outcome, a reduction of sufficient lubrication of your engines internal components. Therefore, the FMOC11 is a must have product for the keen driver, the location of the oil cooler radiator at the front of the vehicle’s radiator grill allows for superior air flow. During our development of this product we have seen oil temperatures reduced significantly. The Hyundai oil cooler has its inlet and outlets placed in the correct position for optimum flow , when oil coolers are fitted upside-down this can lead to cavitation (air locks) within the system, this can over a prolonged period of time lead to engine fatigue and potentially internal component damage due to insufficient engine lubrication. Unlike many oil cooler kits, the FMOC11 keeps the factory oil to water cooler in position. This essentially doubles your engines oil cooling. We’ve also developed the kit to use a bespoke laser cut aluminium bracket which makes for perfect fitment to the i30N crash bar. Supplied with the kit are 2x pre-assembled, high quality double braided AN-8 oil lines. Manufactured by an autoclave process using a vacuum (also known as liquid infusion) to draw the resin through the mould then pulling the raw carbon fibre cloth to the mould shape. This involves the use of up to 10BAR of pressure that is blown into a 100% billet mould to force the material out. This high amount of pressure ensures the carbon fibre is fully in contact with the surface of the mould, therefore, making sure the weave is tight, solid and strong; this process will also ensure there are no imperfections in the product.     Here we present FMCT5, a twin catch can and coolant expansion tank system. This design has been subject to a vast amount of development and is a one of a kind product in the marketplace.  The FMCT5 is a direct replacement for the OE coolant expansion tank. The CAD laser cut alloy construction is skilfully welded at Forge UK HQ. The expansion tank has a level indicator inside the filler neck, to make topping up easier, we have also machined a cap cover that slots over the top of the OEM cap to add to the premium look. The twin catch can system is the definitive solution to effectively reduce sludge and carbon build up, in turn allowing the engine to both breathe and perform more efficiently. It can therefore be viewed as a genuine performance enhancing product and one, we recommend, particularly if you are planning more advanced power tuning in the future.  Our system filters both PCV and intake breather systems to help keep your engine clean from harmful contaminants, including oil deposits, unused fuel vapours and moisture, which would ordinarily make their way back through to the inlet of the engine. All of this is now collected in the catch cans. There is a dip stick for each tank to measure the amount of deposit caught, this opening can also be used to pump out the captured contaminants or alternately you can use the drain plugs at the bottom of the tanks. As with all Forge Motorsport products we have used superior braided hoses which are internally constructed from anti-static smooth fuel resistant nitrile rubber. This is combined with an outer cover made from reinforced stainless-steel wire braid (a Forge specialty), specifically a partial inner braid and a full cover outer braid. We developed this complex arrangement in order for the tank to be resistant to both pressure expansion and vacuum collapse, and also to enable the kit to function within a clearly defined temperature range – 54°C to +150°C (-65°F to 300°F). The FMCT5 is available in raw aluminium finish or our stealthy textured black powder coat finish.     This oil catch tank kit is for the Toyota Supra A90 and BMW Z4 with the BMW B58 Engine, developed by our in-house development team. Not only is it beautifully designed, it has been created to capture the maximum amount of harmful contaminants, including oil deposits, unused fuel vapours and moisture, all of which would ordinarily make their way back through to the inlet of the engine. It can therefore be viewed as a genuine performance enhancing product and one we recommend, particularly if you are planning more advanced power tuning at a later date. With aesthetics also in mind our catch can has the bracket incorporated into the catch can lid and is placed behind the factory airbox heat shield meaning this important component can still be kept in situ. This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for, or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stronger spring upon request for tuned vehicles, and where a higher boost level is required. Please contact us directly concerning this process. It is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine-management-system of the given vehicle at the time of installation, whether that system is factory or aftermarket Diaphragm sealed internals are the default selection for this actuator product but customers now have the option of piston sealed internals.     A set of three coolant hoses for the Suzuki Swift Sport 1.4 ZC33S, which replace three of the OEM rubber hoses in the coolant system. The kit consists of the upper radiator hose, lower radiator hose, and radiator overflow hose. Forge designed these silicone hoses so they can withstand pressures that can be experienced on tuned and remapped engines. They will long outlast the original hoses and with our limited lifetime warranty on all Forge products, you can be sure these hoses won't let you down.
