Product Description The Forge Motorsport dump valve for the 2015-on 1.2 TSI engine codes CJZA, CJZC, CJZD, CYVB as found in the Skoda Fabia, Skoda Octavia, VW Golf, VW Polo, Audi A1, Audi A3, Seat Ibiza and Seat Leon. Please note this kit is only compatible with models that do not have a standard turbo mounted diverter valve. Earlier models that have a turbo mounted diverter valve as standard require the kit with part number FMDVA1TSI and FMDVATSI The 1.2 and 1.4 TSI doesn’t have a dump valve from the factory, so this product allows you to have the traditional dump valve noise between gear changes and when letting off the gas pedal. It won’t bring on any check engine lights and the car will drive just as before. This kit totally replaces the plastic pipe from turbo to manifold with a silicon hose (available in a choice of colours), and everything else you need to install the valve is included in the kit together with full instructions. This meant for many people, upgrading their induction kit would result in completely removing your engine cover. Now, with the release of our carbon fibre engine cover, FMEC4, Abarth owners can enjoy the power and performance of improved induction without having to sacrifice the aesthetic appearance of their engine bay! We designed our engine cover to fit perfectly alongside our induction kit FMINDF500, purposefully using carbon fibre as the material to compliment the carbon fibre canister of the induction kit. As this was specifically designed to fit alongside FMINDF500 we do not recommend, nor can we confirm fitment in conjunction with alterative aftermarket or OEM induction kits. 3D Scan, CAD, and Print 3D scans of an Abarth 595 with FMINDF500 installed were used to help develop this design. We used influence from the design of the original engine cover, so that FMEC4 will really compliment the aesthetics of the engine bay. Once the design was developed, we 3D printed a first prototype on our Formlabs Form 3L. The much loved 1.8T engine has proved itself as being not only being very capable in producing high power figures but in being very reliable at the same time. The key to this reliability is the lubrication system, which can quickly become overwhelmed when cars are driven quickly - or on track - causing oil starvation. Under extreme acceleration, braking or cornering, the oil can momentarily run out of the sump under centrifugal force, causing a temporary starvation through the oil-ways, putting critical bearings and bores at risk of damage.For those with bottomless pockets, a ‘dry sump’ system is the ideal preventative solution. But for those in the real world, our neatly engineered solution, based around a brand new OE-spec sump pan is the perfect alternative. Carefully configured baffles and Viton oil control valves ensure that the lubricant can easily move around the engine, but retains a minimum sump capacity, even under the most severe of ‘g’ forces. The relatively soft Viton plates react far quicker than equivalent metal flaps - which are often used on lesser alternatives - and have been designed to withstand the rigours of the high temperatures of oil and its contaminants.Our 1.8T Baffled Sump (FMBSMP18T) is a truly effective upgrade.   Similar to many of the newer VAG engines, the latest 1.0 TSI power plant is not equipped with a diverter valve fitted as standard, Forge Motorsport has developed a twin piston dump valve that not only gives you a loud audible sound when lifting off the throttle, but also increases the throttle response during gear changes by reducing turbo lag. It has been designed to help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speed ready for when you accelerate, whilst also taking the strain away from the impeller. Without removing this stress from your turbo, it can lead to premature failure especially on remapped engines and modified vehicles.       This valve kit allows the fitment of our fast response blow off valve preventing turbo surge and prolonging the life of your engine’s turbocharger. The kit includes all the necessary hardware and step by step installation instructions for any car enthusiast with appropriate garage tools to fit at home, in just a couple of hours!  Due to the exposed position of the OEM boost pipe and the nature of heat cycle, the plastic that the OEM pipe is made from can deteriorate over time, becoming brittle and susceptible to boost leaks. Product Description With Forge Motorsport leading the way in aftermarket products for the Hyundai N division vehicles, we are proud to present our Turbo Inlet Adaptor and Intake Tract for the Hyundai i20N. The kit is a full plug and play solution, with a replacement cast turbo inlet adaptor, CNC machined hose couplers, and a silicone high flow inlet hose. Available in a choice of Black, Red, and Performance Blue, the TIA11 will not only increase your Hyundai’s performance, but it also transforms the look and aesthetics of your vehicle’s engine bay.   The size of the inlet elbow has increased by over 170% to maximise the amount of air that can physically flow to the turbo from the inlet tract. The OEM factory alloy cast elbow is small, so we knew that this would be the key component to target as tuners start to increase the boost levels and performance output of the 1.6l turbocharged combustion engine. As well as this, the plastic OEM inlet hose has ribs and steps within the bore, causing detrimental turbulence while disturbing and slowing the airflow. By removing the ribs and steps, the larger Forge Motorsport silicone turbo inlet hose reduces the amount of turbulence over the standard item, enabling better airflow. Why do we use silicone? In the development process we tested an oversized aluminium pipe and found that it started to show signs of heat soak, this had a detriment to the impressive initial power gains. We also found after the third pull on the Dyno, the alloy pipe conducted too much heat on this application and started to decrease the gains. When using silicone, heat cannot be conducted as well, therefore even after six pulls, the silicone hose stayed at a steady temperature and did not decrease the power whatsoever. The inlet pipe fits directly to the factory airbox along with our FMINDK45 performance intake solution. The turbo inlet adaptor improves your vehicles airflow in several ways; designed in a similar way to a conventional velocity stack, it routes the air directly into your turbo charger and allows more air to be compressed due to its larger capacity, this has a positive effect when accelerating your vehicle after long deceleration, or in-between gear changes, due to more air being kept within the intake system. Dyno Results Testing was completed using Performance Remap in Gloucester with their VTEC 4-wheel drive dynamometer, this was to ensure all our data is achieved with results as accurately as possible by an independent tuner. As you can see from the dyno results below, peak power was increased from stock by nearly 7 BHP and 12NM of torque when mated to the OEM airbox and standard factory filter. The best news is that there are significant gains across the entire rev range, meaning that the car will pick up quicker and pull the whole way through to redline. TIA11 also benefits from a 17NM of power gain between 2500 RPM and 3000 rpm, this is right as the power comes in and can really change the feel and power delivery when behind the wheel. To compliment the turbo inlet, it can be matched to our induction kit FMINDK45. As you can see below this gave an increase of 12BHP and a torque increase of 20NM both at peak. These two products really do complement each other superbly both in conjunction, and as standalone modifications. After installing a tuning box, or re-calibrating the ECU with stage one or two tunes, the performance yields can be expected to be a lot higher than the figures stated. Testing on the dyno certainly represents the benefits from such a well-engineered product; this coupled with our Lifetime Warranty is just the reason to choose Forge for your Hyundai’s performance hardware.

This Intercooler Resonator delete hose fits the 2007 onwards BMW Mini Cooper S. This hose replaces the two OEM hoses and a sound resonator. The purpose of the OEM resonator is to reduce the roar / whoosh noise that can often be associated with air passing through pipe work. By removing this resonator with a smooth bore hose the resistance is reduced. Several of our competitors claim horsepower gains for the installation of this type of hose, but our own testing showed these to be marginal so we prefer not to make such claims. We did however see change in the torque characteristics with between 10 and 15 ft/lbs improvement on our own test car. The Forge Motorsport FMTUBL4 has been specifically designed for the Mini R56 stock turbo charger, and also fits the Peugeot 207/208 GTI. This turbo blanket is designed to isolate the radiant heat produced by the turbocharger. The stock Mini heat shield is inadequate and can result in warping the standard air scoop located in the bonnet. This design has been created to withstand the harshest of environments and proven to withstand temperatures up to 2500 °f of radiant heat which will assist in protecting and prolonging the life of engine components. Design innovation keeps the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger, away from the cool side and the intake path which helps reduce turbo lag and air intake temperatures resulting in more power.
